Is moissanite real, or is it fake?
It is a real gemstone. Moissanite is silicon carbide, with its own chemistry and its own crystal structure. It is not a diamond and it is not pretending to be one — it is a different stone that happens to throw more light than a diamond does.
Is it the same thing as cubic zirconia?
No, and the difference shows within a year. Cubic zirconia is 8 on the Mohs scale and clouds as it picks up scratches. Moissanite is 9.25 and does not cloud, dull or go grey. CZ is glass-priced for a reason.
Will it stop sparkling?
No. Rinse it in warm water with a drop of dish soap every few weeks and it looks the way it did on day one. The stone does not change.
Will the silver turn my skin green?
It should not. Every piece is 925 sterling silver with a rhodium plate over it, which is what keeps it bright and what makes it safe for most sensitive ears. If you react to it, send it back inside 30 days.
Do I get a certificate?
Every stone of 0.50ct and above comes with a GRA certificate, and that stone carries its own laser-inscribed code on the girdle that matches the card. Stones under 0.50ct are not certificated — the paperwork would cost more than the stone is worth. Every piece is covered by our two-year warranty either way.
Will people know it is not a diamond?
A jeweler with a loupe will. Nobody across a dinner table will. We would rather say that plainly than promise you something we cannot.
How does the second-piece offer work?

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
UK: £5.99, free over £99, 4–10 business days. US: $6.99, free over $150, 6–12 business days. For other destinations, rates and free-shipping eligibility are confirmed at checkout. See our shipping details.
Will I be charged customs or VAT when it arrives?
No. We ship DDP — delivered duty paid — so import duty and taxes are settled before your parcel reaches the border. There is no customs invoice and nothing to pay at the door.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days, unworn and in its box. Tell us and we will send you the return details.
What if something breaks?
Two-year warranty on every piece against manufacturing faults — settings, plating, clasps, posts. We repair or replace. It does not cover a piece that has been caught, crushed or dropped down a drain.
How do I find my ring size?
See the size guide. If you are buying a gift and cannot ask, buy earrings or a pendant — no size to get wrong.
Do you gift wrap?
Every order arrives in a linen-lined box with a polishing cloth, ready to give as it is. You can add a handwritten card at checkout.
