When we answer
Monday to Saturday. We answer every email within one working day, and usually a good deal faster. Our team works from Guangzhou, China (UTC+8). Reply times may fall outside your local business hours.
What to include
Your order number if you have one, and a photograph if you are writing about a piece that has arrived damaged or faulty. That lets us sort it out in one reply instead of three.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us with your order number and the word "complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within fourteen.
