30 days to change your mind

If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its box, and we refund you in full. Email hello@astervaleco.com with your order number and we will send the return details. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

Two-year warranty

Every piece is covered for two years against manufacturing faults: a stone that comes loose in its setting, plating that lifts, a clasp or an earring post that fails. Send us a photograph and we repair or replace it at our cost.

The warranty does not cover a piece that has been crushed, caught, bent out of shape or lost, and it does not cover the normal wear of a chain that has been worn daily for two years.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the piece and email us within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, and we do not ask you to pay the postage.

Certificates

Stones of 0.50ct and above ship with a GRA certificate and carry a laser-inscribed code on the girdle that matches it. Keep the card with the piece — if you ever return or exchange a certificated item, we need it back with the jewelry.

Exchanges

Easiest is to return the piece for a refund and order the one you want. If it is a ring size you need changed, email us first — we can often do it without you paying postage twice.
