Shipping and delivery
Every Aster & Vale piece is dispatched from our workshop partner in Guangdong, China, and delivered on DDP terms — delivered duty paid.
Shipping charges
Shipping rates and free-shipping offers depend on your destination. Eligibility is based on your order total after discounts.
- United Kingdom: tracked shipping is £5.99 below £99 and free on orders of £99 or more.
- United States: tracked shipping is US$6.99 below US$150 and free on orders of US$150 or more.
For other supported destinations, the applicable rate and any free-shipping offer are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days.
- United States: 6–12 business days.
For other supported destinations, select your country to see the delivery estimate on the product page. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is dispatched.
Import duties and taxes
We ship DDP. Import duty and import taxes are included and handled by us. There are no additional customs charges on delivery. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
We offer international shipping to supported destinations. Select your country in the store; delivery availability is confirmed when you enter your address at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
Problems in transit
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email hello@astervaleco.com with your order number. We contact the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please check the delivery address on your order confirmation. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
